Nathalie Chaix obtained a law degree at the University of Geneva in 1991 and a Magister Juris in international trade law at the University of Heidelberg in 1992.
After working in the litigation and international arbitration department of the New York firms
Holland & Knight and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, she joined our firm.
Nathalie Chaix advises individuals and multinational families on all aspects of estate planning, including marriage contracts, wills, trusts, foundations and partnerships, as well as the resolution of disputes that may affect the well-being of a family or its members. As such, she sits on the board of several nonprofit organizations as trusted advisor of the founding families.
She also assists owners of family businesses, regardless of the business sector or generational stage, in answering their particular needs.
As trust and estate practitioner, Nathalie Chaix furthermore advises family offices on administrative matters and legal proceedings.
She also has significant expertise in the areas of commercial arbitration and labour law.
