Sandra Oberson obtained her Bachelor of law at the University of Geneva in 2014.
She pursued her education with a Master in law at the University of Geneva, including a semester at Humboldt University in Berlin.
She obtained the Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions at the University of Geneva in 2016, and then completed her legal internship at Fontanet & Associés.
After being admitted to the Geneva Bar in May 2018, she worked for four years and a half as an associate in the litigation department of Schellenberg Wittmer SA. Between February 2020 and August 2020, she did a secondment within the litigation department of a leading Swiss bank.
Sandra Oberson joined Ming Halpérin Burger Inaudi in April 2023 as an associate.
She provides legal advice and acts as litigation lawyer, mainly in criminal disputes (white collar crime, mutual assistance in criminal matters) and civil disputes (commercial law).
She also assists natural persons and families with their relocation to Switzerland, including the process of acquiring Swiss citizenship as well as residence and work permits.
Sandra Oberson is a member of the Geneva Bar Association.
