Background

Tali Paschoud obtained her Master of Law degree at the University of Fribourg in 2012. During her studies, she joined  PwC in Geneva for a six months internship in the Corporate Tax Department.

In 2013, Tali Paschoud obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions at the University of Geneva and joined Lenz & Staehelin in order to carry out her lawyer internship in the litigation department.

She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2014 and joined the boutique law firm Hayat & Meier as an associate until 2015.

Since 2016, she worked in the litigation department of Bär & Karrer SA in Geneva.

Tali Paschoud  joined Ming Halpérin Burger Inaudi in September 2017 as an associate.

Practice areas

She provides legal advice and acts as a litigation lawyer, mostly in the areas of civil litigation (commercial, banking and corporate law) and criminal litigation (international mutual legal assistance, white collar crime).

She represents on a regular basis companies and individuals in court.

Tali Paschoud is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the The Swiss Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Geneva Business Law Association and of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA).
