Background

Tali Paschoud obtained her Master of Law degree at the University of Fribourg in 2012. 

After an experience at PwC Geneva in the Corporate Tax Department, she obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions at the University of Geneva.

She carried out her lawyer internship in the litigation department of Lenz & Staehelin.

After her admission to the Geneva Bar, she worked for the boutique law firm Hayat & Meier before joining Bär & Karrer SA in Geneva in the litigation department.

Tali Paschoud  joined Ming Halpérin Burger Inaudi in 2017 as an associate.

Practice areas

She provides legal advice and acts as a litigation lawyer, mostly in the areas of civil litigation (commercial, banking and corporate law) and criminal litigation (international mutual legal assistance, white collar crime).

She represents on a regular basis companies and individuals in court.
