Background

Lucie Bouldin obtained her Bachelor degree of Law from the University of Geneva, followed by a bilingual (French-German) Master of Laws in civil and criminal law from the Universities of Geneva and Basel. In June 2013, she obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions from the University of Geneva.

In parallel to her studies, Lucie Bouldin worked part time in a Law Firm specialized in arbitration. Following her studies, she also had the opportunity of working in a Geneva Law Firm before joining Ming Halpérin Burger Inaudi.

Lucie Bouldin joined our firm in 2014 in order to carry out her lawyer internship under Me Lionel Halpérin, Me Anouchka Halpérin and Me Dominique Burger.

 She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in October 2015 and immediately joined the firm as an associate.

Practice areas

She acts as a litigation lawyer in civil, commercial, and administrative matters, as well as in international arbitration proceedings. She also acts in various areas of criminal law and international mutual assistance.

She furthermore participates in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and advises corporations and individuals with regard to the drafting of commercial contracts and the implementation of new structures.
