Selina Müller

Background

Selina Müller obtained her Bachelor of Law at the University of Geneva in 2007. She pursued her studies, obtaining a Master in commercial law in 2008.

Her legal traineeship was carried out in Geneva, at the firm of Ming Halpérin Burger Inaudi &
Associés. After her admission to the Bar in December 2010, she joined the firm in December of the same year and became a partner in 2017.

In 2016, Selina Müller received her Specialist SBA Labour Law Certificat.

Since 2018, outside of her work at the firm, Selina Müller sits as a Conciliation judge at the Geneva Labour Tribunal.

Practice areas

Selina Müller litigates in various areas, including civil, commercial and administrative matters, and regularly represents individuals in criminal proceedings. She furthermore participates in alternative dispute resolution procedures and advises on contract drafting and the creation of new companies.

More particularly, Selina Müller assists and represents legal entities and individuals before courts and provides legal advice on employment law (employment agreements, bonus schemes, transfer of employment relationship, non-compete clauses, termination agreements, private placement and hiring of services).

Professional affiliations

Selina Müller is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and its Young Bar and the Swiss Lawyers Association.

She's also a member of the board of FAVIA, the Pension Fund of the Geneva Bar Association and of the French speaking employment specialist committee (Arosdt).
