Background

After obtaining her law degree at the University of Geneva, Dominique Burger was admitted to the Bar in 1979. She then joined our firm as an associate and became a partner in 1986.

Dominique Burger has seated as deputy judge at the Geneva Court of Appeals (Leases and Tenancy matters chamber) from 1990 to 2005.

Practice areas

Her legal practice covers all areas of private law, with a specialization in real estate and construction law, including project development and financing, transactions, landlord-tenant matters, architectural and construction agreements and realty law (co-owners agreements, entitlements, subdivisions, easements and rights of way, special use permits).

Professional affiliations

Dominique Burger is an active member of the Board of the Geneva Bar Association, which she chaired between 2006 and 2008.

She also is a member of the Arbitration Association for Commercial Leases
